CEO's Profile
Mr UCHE TOBECHUKWU MADUABUCHUKWU is the Founder and CEO of TMC football academy international. He is based in Germany 🇩🇪, his vision was captured after his active playing times in Germany, he was once a grassroot footballer before he left Nigeria in the year 2002.
Mr Madu’abuchukwu understanding and intelligence is Amazing using this method of giving back to the community through nurturing and developing young talented potential footballers for their Professional football career.
He believes in Hardworking and Success and he has already identified lots of players currently working with the TMC FOOTBALL ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL in their Camp at Ogun-state.

Madu Prince John (MPJ)
Team Manager & Secretary
Madu Prince John serves as the Team Manager and Secretary at TMC Football Academy International. A former professional footballer, he began his career with Easywell FC in Nigeria and later played for Akaki Mazoriya FC, a Division 3 club in Ethiopia.
Born on January 1, 1996, and hailing from Imo State, Nigeria, Madu brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the academy. He is widely respected for his wisdom, confidence, and exceptional ability to manage and support young talents. His commitment to structure, discipline, has a strategic thinking and confident decision making of the player development makes him an integral part of the academy’s success and plays a vital role in the smooth operation and development of the academy’s players and programs
Coach Anthonio Elisha Ebimobowei
Head Coach
Antonio Elisha Ebimobowei is the Head Coach of TMC Football Academy International and a certified professional coach from JC International Coaches Academy, where he earned his Premier Coaching Certification alongside valuable international coaching experience.
A former Nigerian international footballer from Bayelsa State, Coach Antonio enjoyed a successful career in the NPFL, winning the league in 2006 with Ocean Boys and competing in the CAF Champions League. He also featured for top clubs including Bayelsa United, El-Kanemi Warriors, Bendel Insurance, Sharks FC, and Ocean Boys, before expanding his coaching philosophy through international exposure in Vietnam.
Renowned for his discipline, tactical expertise, and passion for youth development.
Johnmac Chidiebere Clement
Head - Media & Communications
Johnmac Chidiebere Clement is a seasoned media and communications professional with over 20 years of experience across print, broadcast, and digital platforms. He is the Founding Editor of Sports360nja Newspaper, Chief Media Officer of Gunners Link FC, and has worked with top media houses including BusinessDay, Ventures Africa, and Vanguard.
Passionate about grassroots development and youth engagement, Johnmac combines expertise in digital strategy, social media management, and public relations with a strong commitment to volunteer-driven storytelling. Recognized as Best Social Media Manager of the Year (2024), he continues to use media as a tool for transformation, while sharing his experience with TMC Football Academy International.
